Team, Client Workflows & Dashboard Types
- Team Members Workflow
AjumiFlow empowers administrators and employees to function smoothly within an intuitive workspace environment.
The Admin user have global access and can create and manage everything within AjumiFlow.
The Admin creates employees (team members). Employees can take attendance, apply for leave, create client projects, assign tasks to fellow team members, and work on client projects within a specified timeline.
This structured workflow ensures accountability, transparency, and improved productivity.
- Client Workflow
AjumiFlow simplifies client onboarding and project execution.
The Admin can create client accounts manually or allow clients to sign up on the platform themselves. The Admin then reviews and approves each client registration before granting client access. The Admin then generate a contract letter for the client to sign as a legally binding agreement (if applicable). After the contract is signed, the Admin could then create the client’s project, which may be broken down into achievable tasks and assigned to various team members (or employees).
The system is designed to issue invoice containing the project cost to the client, who is then required to make payment before work commences on the project.
Additionally, clients can open support tickets to request assistance or technical support from the Admin or employees handling their project.
Client Journey on AjumiFlow:
- Client Creation or Self-Registration: Admin adds a client manually or clients sign up
- Approval Process: In a case where the clients sign up to AjumiFlow themselves, the Admin reviews and approves client access.
- Contract Letter Issuance: The system generates a legally binding e-signature-enabled contract letter for client to sign.
- Project Creation: The Admin creates a project linked to the
- Task Breakdown: The client’s project is divided into simple achievable tasks and then assigned to team members to work on them.
- Invoice Issuance: The system generates invoice for client
- Project Execution Begins: Team members starts working on a client’s project after the admin confirms the client’s payment.
- Client Support: Clients can open support tickets for help or request
This workflow ensures clients are seamlessly managed from start to finish.
